  1. Helmets are mandatory for everyone.
  2. All participants must present a valid I.D document.
  3. Participants must know how to ride a bike on uneven surfaces.
  4. Participants must be cautious and diligent.
  5. Participants must be in good health, no heart disease or other threatening conditions which could be aggravated by physical activity. The guide does not accept any liability for damages related to the health of the participants and each individual is expected to evaluate their insurance cover in relation to the above.
  6. Participants must confirm their liability for risks such as falls, illness, injury, damage to their person/ a third person and evaluate their insurance.
  7. The Guide is not held responsible for loss of baggage/money/valuables during the tours.
  8. The tour will go on come rain or shine. However the Guide reserves the right to cancel or shorten the tour in adverse weather conditions.
  9. Reservation is confirmed on-line directly with the Guide.
  10. Tours to be paid in Euros directly to the Guide prior to the start of the ride.
  11. The Guide must be informed beforehand of any special requirements or food allergies, it is best to do this when booking. Please note that all personal data will be processed in full compliance with the provisions of Law 675/1996. Personal data will only be used to perform the duties and services in question will never be passed to any third parties and will be cancelled at any time at the request of the client.
